         The educational psychologist Robert Gagne studied the problem of developing ideal learning conditions and, after years of research published his findings in a book titled Conditions of Learning released in 1965. Basically, he discovered that to create ideal learning conditions, there are nine instructional events that must take place.
         The first event, which he describes as "gaining attention", is critical. If you intellectually stimulate the learners, you're activating receptors in their brain, and they are more likely to pay attention. Once you've gained their attention, you should develop activities that will do the following:

• Inform learners of objectives and create levels of expectation
• Present new instructional content
• Guide your students by creating topics—sub-topics—and step by step sequences
• Stimulate recall of prior learning and reinforce it through lesson review. Offer remedial, if necessary
• Assess performance via quizzes
• Each quiz should provide feedback (either automatically or personally)

       Step by step method explained:

       The purpose of learning through a 'Step By Step' (SBS) method is to "manage human learning under controlled conditions".  SBS learning has three elements:

1. Course is divided into small narrow topics or units and then each unit is divided into small steps. Each step contains a small segment of the information to be learned, and a question which a student must answer before moving to the next step.
2. Once answer is given, an immediate feedback, both positive and negative is provided to the student or is directed to additional information based on an incorrect answer.
3. It is self-paced by the learner and based upon pedagogical (student centered) principals. In otherwords, student controls the pace of the learning.
4. Once all steps (including review steps) are completed, student will know the subject matter thoroughly.

        Why SBS is better than usual language textbook?

        Do you know Oxford and Cambridge, in between them, have published over 100 English grammar books and are still doing it. Why? Because even after 100 years of publishing, they (and many other publishers like them) still couldn't find the proper method to teach this fairlely standard subject of English grammar.

       Here are few reasons why SBS method is better than regular text books:

       It provides better reinforcement:

       With the usual language textbook, you first study the explanation, which you may or may not understand thoroughly. Next, you apply what you have studied by doing one or two exercises—often with a feeling of uncertainty. Usually, it is not until the next hour or next day that you discover whether or not you did the exercises correctly. (Feeling of uncertainty is still there even if you are doing the whole exercise and self checking it by using the answer keys)

With English3, however, as soon as you move to the next step you find out whether your reasoning (or answer) was right. At this point something very important happens: the instant you find out that your reasoning (or answer) is right, all doubt disappears and the idea "takes root", so to speak, in your brain.

        The psychologists call this reinforcement, and it is a most important factor in learning. The more quickly the reinforcement takes place after writing of your answer, the better you learn. (Even gap of  more than 30 seconds can effect your reinforcement.)

How much I may earn and how I will get paid?

We don't offer any base salary. You will earn on per student basis from students assigned to you by E3LC or directly recommended by you. E3LC will pay you 40% of the course suite fee. Compensation package would be made in installments because you will be required to provide support/mentorship for full 12 months and will be paid on month to month basis to make sure the student is getting the right support they deserve.

At this writing, our average fee for each suite is US$69. You will earn 40% of this fee (about US$28) payable in 12 monthly installments. By using above fee as a base for our calculation, on average, you will earn about $2.30 per student per month.

By using this method, you will earn as follows:

• 1 student assigned to you should enable you to earn about US$2.30 per month for 12 months.
• 10 students assigned to you should enable you to earn about $23 per month for 12 months.
• 100 students assigned to you should enable you to earn about $230 per month for 12 months.
• 200 students assigned to you should enable you to earn about $460 per month for 12 months and so on.
   Note: 100 students will take about 100 minutes per day of your time to support them.
